On Site Support

We come to you, home or office, a very high percentage of jobs are completed on site, if we cannot complete the job on site we will collect your PC and repair it in our workshops, your PC will then be returned to you. There are no costs for pickup or delivery back to you, you only pay for time spent actually on your PC.

We currently charge £36 inc vat per hour for all registered home customers, and we guarantee not to change this price until at least 2011.

Remote Assistance

If your internet connection is working theres a good chance that we can fix your problem remotely, we use our own servers to create an encrypted connection to your PC, in this way we can take control of your computer and in many cases can get you going again without you having to wait until we have a free appointment for a visit. Just give us a call.

Charges for remote assistance are charged at the same rate as on site visits above, but the process saves time and is therefore generally cheaper too.
